Before Osnap, Monte spent two decades building production software, including the ecommerce platform at Bonobos and the engineering behind Canary, with earlier technical-lead roles on a groundbreaking DARPA AI project and on synthetic-biology simulation tools used by researchers at Harvard.
Osnap is the result of years of deliberate engineering, the unglamorous foundation the fast-moving entrants skipped. AI did not catch us off guard. It completed a thesis we had been building toward for years.
